Any item that has been personalized with a monogram, name or initial CANNOT be exchanged or refunded because of the nature of the personalization unless the mistake was ours! Please make sure you double-check your order before you click the Submit button! Please take advantage of the comment field when placing your order to give us all the information needed to meet your expectations.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and have not ordered any personalization for the product, you may exchange or return it! Please notify us of your return request within 5 business days of receiving your order. Once the return request has been approved, please return the item unused and in its original packaging within 10 business days for a refund.
Out of Stock Items-
Sometimes products will be out of stock or on backorder through our vendors without us knowing. If the item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will contact you immediately and you will receive a full refund or in store credit to be used at a different time or for a different product. Please be patient with us because most of the time these things our out of our control, but we will do our best to work with you!
